1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website thelittlehub.co (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use, as well as any policies referenced herein. These terms are a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and The Little Hub (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform or its services.

2. Eligibility

To use The Little Hub, you must be at least 16 years old and reside in Canada. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility criteria. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization or entity, you confirm that you have the legal authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

3. Changes to the Terms of Use

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. 5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any manner that could disrupt, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party’s use of the Platform.
• Engage in any activity that violates any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to privacy and data protection laws.
• Upload, post, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Use any automated system, such as robots or scrapers, to access the Platform for any purpose.

6. Payments and Fees

Certain services on The Little Hub, such as premium features or daycare bookings, may require payment. By submitting payment details, you agree to pay all fees and charges in accordance with the payment terms displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policies.

We reserve the right to modify fees and payment terms at any time. If a price change occurs, we will notify you in advance, and the changes will take effect in the next billing cycle. You may cancel any services prior to the start of the new billing period if you do not agree to the changes.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on The Little Hub, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of The Little Hub or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from The Little Hub.

8. User Content

The Platform may allow users to post or submit content, including reviews, comments, or other materials (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant The Little Hub a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for purposes related to the operation and promotion of the Platform.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights, and that it complies with all applicable laws.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Little Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of profits, data loss, or any other damages.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Platform during the twelve-month period prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Little Hub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms of Use, your use of the Platform, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will immediately cease.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@thelittlehub.co. Upon termination, you must discontinue all use of the Platform and destroy any copies of the Platform’s content in your possession.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes or  legal actions or proceedings related to these Terms of Use must be brought exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in British Columbia, Canada

14. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
• Waiver: Failure by The Little Hub to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Little Hub regarding your use of the Platform.
